Our client in Calgary is an industry-leading transportation and supply-chain company, and they are looking for a Customer Service Representative (LTL) who will respond to client inquiries and requests, and ensure shipments are meeting deadlines.

Note this is an evening shift Monday to Friday 3:30pm to 12:00am.

Creating freight bills as needed.

Answering the phone.

Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.

Manage customers'' accounts, updating information as needed.

Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.

Coordinate between departments effectively.

Other duties as required.

Qualifications: 1+ year experience working in an office environment is required.

Previous experience working in a Customer Service role is mandatory.

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Highly proficient with Outlook, rule setting and handling high volumes of emails.

Ability to meet deadlines.

Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent customer service skills.

Excellent communication, spoken and written.





Good mathematical skills.

Strong ability to resolve issues and maintain customer relations.

Available to work Monday to Friday 3:30pm to 12:00am.
