KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of remote insurance sales agents across Canada Provide regular one-on-one coaching and constructive performance feedback to team members Monitor individual and team KPIs and develop clear action plans to drive results Lead weekly team meetings, accountability check-ins, and collaborative training sessions Mentor agents through virtual client presentations and complex enrollment situations Maintain personal sales activity alongside team leadership responsibilities Collaborate with regional leadership on growth initiatives and team development strategies Ensure all team activities comply with provincial licensing requirements and company standards Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performance team culture WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain — fully supported) A natural leader with the ability to motivate, inspire,
