Location: Remote (Occasional visit to Edmonton, Alberta)

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Full Stack Developer working on complex software solutions in agile environments.
• Strong experience with up-to-date application frameworks and frontend JavaScript frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Git in collaborative development environments (5+ years).
• Experience with automated unit testing and integration testing (3+ years).
• Experience with database technologies including relational and non-relational databases (3+ years).
• Strong experience working on production-grade applications.

Nice to Have

• Experience transforming legacy systems into modern digital services.
• Experience with frontend frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Backend experience with .NET Core, Node.js (Express/NestJS), or Python (Django).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of design patterns and software architecture.
• Experience working in human-centered design or UX-driven teams.
• Experience with public sector projects.
