We are seeking Associates across all major areas. If you have 2+ years of experience running files in any of these groups, we should talk:

- Litigation: Commercial Litigation, General Civil Litigation, Insurance, and Construction.
- Corporate & Commercial: M&A;, Private Transactions, Securities, and General Business Law.
- Labour & Employment: Workplace advisory, human rights complaints, and collective bargaining.
- Family Law: High-net-worth asset division and complex property mediation roles.
- Indigenous Law: Regulatory consultation, land claims, and economic development governance.
- Wills & Estates:



Estate litigation and sophisticated multi-jurisdictional succession planning.

Your Experience

n

You're not just billing hours; you're running files. We're looking for lawyers who can work autonomously and bring real value to a team.

- You have been called to the bar in Canada and live in Winnipeg or are actively looking to relocate here from another province.
- You have at least 2 years of post-call experience (up to the Senior Associate level).
- You handle client relationships well and are known for producing sharp, reliable legal work.
