Support Staff – Lorette Brasserie

Lorette Brasserie is a refined neighborhood dining room inspired by the timeless elegance of French café culture. We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Support Staff to join our service team and help uphold the high standards of our guest experience.

The Role:

Support staff are the backbone of our dining room. Working alongside servers, bartenders, and management, you’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless service, a pristine environment, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist servers with table maintenance, water service, and clearing plates
- Assist Hosts as required
- Reset and polish tables with care and efficiency
- Support food runners and bar staff as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining room
- Uphold our fine dining standards through attention to detail and guest awareness

You Are:

- Courteous, efficient, and team-oriented




- Attentive to detail and calm under pressure
- Interested in hospitality and eager to learn
- Qualified in appearance and demeanor
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work on your feet and lift up to 25 lbs

Preferred Experience:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining environment is a plus, but not required — we are happy to train the right person with the right attitude.
