At Pattison Agriculture we seek talent ready to GROW, CONNECT AND EVOLVE with us! We are looking for a John Deere Connected Support Expert to join our fast-paced, energetic dealership working from any of our locations (work from home may be considered).

As a Machine Monitoring Specialist you will provide remote support for the Service Department by monitoring and responding to equipment alerts and trouble codes on a variety of John Deere systems. You will have a direct positive impact on Customer Satisfaction and Service Department efficiencies by responding to critical issues and preventing costly downtime.

You will:

- Manage Expert Alert monitoring system notifications for all locations
- Manage High and Critical Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs), verify accuracy, create work orders, communicate with Service Departments, track repairs
- Use various systems to verify alert accuracy
- Meet John Deere standards for Machine Health Monitoring
- Remotely push required equipment software as needed
- Monitor Modular Telematics Gateway (MTG) movement in and out of organization
- Centrally manage location tooling requirements, working with vendors to ensure weight bearing tooling and lifting devices meet OHS standards
- Manage interbranch Tool Loan process
- Assist Job Code Administrator in creating and maintaining Standard Job Pricing Database in Expert Services, and building of service packages and ValueMax inspections




- Facilitate training of new and existing employees on systems

You have:

- Strong trouble shooting and problem-solving abilities in an agricultural machinery environment
- Understanding of Connected Support and the tools used
- Ability to work flexible schedule and provide on-call support
- Experience with MS Office, dealer business and internet-based systems
- Valid driver’s licence
- 5+ years experience in Ag dealership and technical background
