Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Pro Shop Attendant to provide exceptional guest services at our recreational facility. The ideal candidate will assist customers, manage sales transactions, and ensure a welcoming environment for visitors of all ages. This role offers an excellent prospect to develop customer service skills within a dynamic hospitality setting.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with inquiries about products and services
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the point-of-sale system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pro shop area
- Restock merchandise and ensure displays are attractive and inviting
- Provide information about facility amenities, programs, and upcoming events
- Engage with children and guests to create a positive experience
- Promote membership packages, specials, or upcoming activities to visitors
Skills
- Excellent customer service and guest relations skills
- Strong communication skills, including public speaking abilities for group or event support
- Cash handling experience with attention to accuracy
- Knowledge of food service or hospitality industry practices is beneficial
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere

We are looking for someone that is able to work in the fall months (September/October)
Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
