What Will You Do?

- Manage all aspects of parking, storage, signage and other miscellaneous revenue opportunities for the property management portfolio (collectively “Miscellaneous Revenue”)
- Manage rental and revenue generation for amenity rooms, short-term vacancies, common areas, etc
- Strategize, plan out, and bring parking management in-house property by property
- Including, but not limited to, procuring equipment, management systems, software solutions, etc

- Look for ways to continue to maximize Miscellaneous Revenue throughout the portfolio on an on-going basis
- On a day-to-day basis, visit all sites throughout the portfolio to determine best practice standards for parking management systems
- Work with Development and Construction on current and upcoming projects
- Work with Property Management team to ensure that parking compliance is as close to 100% as possible
- Work with Leasing team, as required, to ensure any applicable parking systems are compliant with current and upcoming lease agreements
- Other duties as required
