About Park Hospitality:

Food Services Team Members work with the restaurant Tundra Grill in the Assiniboine Park Zoo. You will work with a team environment to deliver great service and quality products to ensure our visitors have a wonderful experience that exceeds their expectations. This is a seasonal position with a flexible work schedule including days, evenings, weekends, holidays.

The Opportunity:

Food Services Team Member works diligently to prepare and serve our guests quality food & beverage items within our various venues while participating in daily transactions. The Food Services Team Member works within a team environment to deliver great service and quality products to ensure our visitors have a wonderful experience that exceeds their expectations.

Qualifications:

· Experience in a quick-paced environment considered an asset.

· Previous hospitality or food & beverage experience considered an asset.

· Must be able to work varied shifts including weekdays, weekends, evenings, holidays and have a flexible schedule as well as work past midnight





· Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer issues or complaints.

· Demonstrate an understanding of food, food ingredients, and food preparation methods.

· Candidates must be physically capable of safely performing the duties of the position which includes standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 35 lbs regularly.
