We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting issues
- Perform accurate data entry to update customer accounts and maintain records
- Utilize analysis skills to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Engage in upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and company revenue
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with clients




- Support team efforts by sharing insights and feedback gathered from customer interactions
- Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Experience

- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable
- Strong data entry skills with attention to accuracy and detail
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Familiarity with upselling techniques and sales strategies is a plus
- Experience with analysis tools or software is beneficial but not mandatory

Pay: $17.75-$33.83 per hour
