Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $27.42 to $32.90, based on experience.
Shift: Afternoon shift, 3:30pm to 1:30am, Mon to Thu. Paid lunch

If so, we invite you to apply! Code Electric is looking to add an experience sheet metal Fabricator familiar with CNC machinery such as Press Brakes, Shears, and Punch Presses to join our Team!
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and prepping sheet metal products using a variety of tools and machinery. You’ll work closely with engineers and production leads to ensure high-quality output that meets project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Cut,
bend, and shape sheet metal using hand tools, power tools, and CNC machinery
- Experience with saws and iron workers an asset
- Assemble components using riveting and fastening techniques
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe working workplace
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
- Unloading material skids and sorting material types
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in metal fabrication
- Preference will be given to those with Shearing and Bending experience
- Proven experience as a sheet metal fabricator or similar role
- Proficiency in operating fabrication tools and machinery
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Capable of using calipers, micrometres and other measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
- Forklift experience and certification is required for this position
- Competent English skills required

Pay: $26.67-$32.15 per hour

Experience:
- Forklift: 2 years (preferred)
