We are looking for a cook who specializes in Indian cuisine to join our team at 311 Henderson Hwy, Winnipeg.

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation.
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills and performance.
- Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes (curries, biryanis, tandoor items, breads, appetizers, etc.)
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation in all dishes
- Ensure hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen

Experience

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a chef/cook in Indian cuisine
- Strong knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced kitche
