About us
Prairieheart Tent Rentals is a commercial Tent Rental company in Portage la Prairie, MB. We rent out tents tables, chairs, and tents, dance floors, and lighting.
Responsibilities include: Cleaning, organizing, loading, unloading, setting up and take down of tents. This work is typically very physical and demanding.
Work will go into September.
Typical weeks are full time Monday to Friday, and on rare occasions, Saturday or Sunday
We are located approximately 10 minutes south of Portage. Employee is responsible for their own ride to and from work.
Qualifications:
-Class 5 drivers license minimum (class 3 preferred)
-Hardworking individual who is able to lift and move heavy materials in all weather conditions
-Language: English (Required)
-Willing to provide Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse Registry
-Willing to learn
-Able to work independently at times.
-Available to work flexible schedule to accommodate event schedules
-Use of some power tools
-Managing and taking part in the cleaning of tents
-Willing to help in other areas of the business when needed.
