Aplin is proud to partner with a Canadian engineering firm in the search for a Municipal Division Manager for their Edmonton office. The organization offers comprehensive services across surveying, mapping, planning, landscape architecture, and environmental disciplines.

Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team while fostering a strong, collaborative culture
- Oversee municipal and land development projects from proposal through to completion
- Manage project delivery including technical, financial, and operational aspects
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and support business development efforts
- Oversee division operations including staffing, workload, budgets, and performance
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and growth initiatives

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field)
- P.Eng. designation (or eligibility)
- 15+ years of experience in municipal engineering
- Robust knowledge of municipal servicing and local standards (Edmonton area)




- Proven experience managing projects and leading teams
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
