What You’ll be Doing:
- Build strong relationships by understanding each customer’s needs
- Guide customers through purchasing or leasing their next vehicle
- Showcase vehicle features, technology, and value
- Follow up and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Manage leads and stay organized using CRM tools
- Work closely with your team to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
What We’re Looking For:
- A natural people-person who enjoys building relationships
- Previous sales experience with a track record of success
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in a rapid-paced,
performance-driven environment
- Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office, CRM tools)
- Automotive experience is an asset—but not required
