We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part time Administrative Assistant to support our daily office and administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a small team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and office support
- Assist with document organization, filing, and data entry
- Support invoice tracking, basic accounting records, and internal documentation
- Coordinate emails, schedules, and basic communication with vendors or partners
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Prior administrative or office support experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working on-site 2–3 days per week
- Fluent in Mandarin is required.
