Are you ready to start your career in the insurance industry?

We’re looking for a motivated and eager individual to join our team as a Level 1 ICBC Autoplan & Personal Lines Insurance Broker. In this role, you’ll support clients with their insurance need with their insurance needs, starting with ICBC auto insurance and progressing to travel, condo, home and other Personal Insurance products.

We’ll provide you with all the training you need to analyze client needs, offer advice, and issue policies.

What You'll Do

- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their auto, travel, home, and other insurance product needs.
- Quote, issue, and renew various insurance policies
- Support daily office operations, including administrative tasks, data entry, and mail handling
- Work collaboratively with our team to improve service and sales strategies
- Build strong relationships with clients and underwriters to support new business, retention, and satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

- A quick learner who takes initiative and enjoys working in a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Adobe)
- Experience with ICBC Autoplan, or
- Recently completed the BC Level 1 General Insurance License Exam (IBABC Fundamentals, CAIB 1, or C.I.P General Insurance Essentials)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,100.00-$44,000.00 per year
