Job Summary:

nWork efficiently and confidently as a key member of the banquet serving team to ensure the smooth and successful operation of all banquet functions. Follow direction from management and execute tasks and duties in order to deliver the highest level of service to all patrons.n

Responsibilities:

n

- Participate prior to, during, and following all services to ensure every need is met or exceeded
- Efficiently set up and tear down functions in a timely manner
- Respond effectively to any client concerns that arise during the course of a banquet
- Communicate repairs and maintenance that are necessary
- Develop a thorough knowledge of client needs/wants
- Uphold organization and cleanliness in all banquet rooms and storage areas

Duties/Skills:

n





- Must be willing to work all weekends and evenings
- Open and close the facility where necessary, meeting all required standards
- Play a key role in the execution of all events
- Complete all opening and closing duties, as per listed
- Perform required maintenance, as needed
- Serve in compliance to all LGA Liquor Laws
- Report any and all questions and concerns to the Banquet Manager
