Job Description: We're excited to support our client in hiring a Bilingual Dealer Support/Customer Service Representative to join their London team.

This full-time, permanent role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced customer service environment and enjoys working closely with dealers to support orders, inquiries, product certificates, and day-to-day transactions.

The successful candidate will be bilingual in French and English, highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident navigating systems such as Microsoft Office (SAP experience is a bonus!).

Job Location: Fully on-site role, based in London, ON!

Job Type: Permanent.

n

Compensation: $47,500 - $53,500 annually to start + 100% paid benefits + annual personal spending account + paid holiday shutdown period between Christmas + New Years!

Key Responsibilities

n

- Process dealer orders with accuracy and efficiency.




- Manage dealer-related transactions and inquiries — including shipment tracking, price adjustments, stock corrections, and business-to-business system navigation.
- Handle product certificate redemptions and apply credits to dealers.
- Assist with parts lookups and perform various data-entry tasks.
- Carry out additional dealer-related transactions and tasks as required.

Requirements/Qualifications:n
- Minimum 2 years of experience within a customer-service role.
- Proficiency in both English and French.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
- Ability to stay focused and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced workplace.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is a plus.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, along with initiative, adaptability, and versatility.
