Role OverviewWe are seeking a driven and disciplined Business Development Representative to support outbound outreach, lead generation, and early-stage conversion activities. This role is focused on initiating conversations, qualifying prospects, and generating opportunities for the Business Development Director.

This is a commission-based role suited for someone who is confident in outreach, comfortable starting conversations, and motivated by performance-based earnings.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily outbound outreach via LinkedIn and other channels
- Send connection requests and initiate conversations with target prospects
- Engage with professionals, small business owners, nonprofit leaders, and decision-makers
- Qualify leads by identifying needs, pain points, and readiness
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects
- Book qualified calls
- Track outreach activity and results
- Provide feedback on messaging and market response

Target Activities
- 50 to 100 new connections per week
- 10 to 20 active conversations at any given time
- 3 to 10 qualified calls booked per week
n
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong written communication skills
- Comfortable initiating conversations with recent people
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Able to follow a structured outreach process
- Interest in business growth, systems, or consulting
- Previous experience in sales, outreach, or lead generation is an asset but not required

CompensationThis is a commission-based role.

- Commission is paid on closed deals generated from qualified leads
- Additional incentives may be provided based on performance
- High earning potential based on consistency and results
