Responsibilities

- Operate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing equipment to meet production specifications
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area to promote a safe working environment
- Record production data accurately and report any equipment malfunctions or issues
- Assist with setup and changeover of machines for different production runs
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and quality standards

Skills

- Prior experience with a serger and/or sewing machine is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Basic mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
