Machine has grown 25-30% year-over-year and is expanding its facility and machining capacity.This position plays a key role in developing repeatable machining processes and supporting production for low-volume, high-mix parts , with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.The Work You'll Be DoingIn this role, you will:Program and set up 5-axis and horizontal milling operationsDevelop processes for new part numbers and transition them into repeat productionDesign fixturing and optimize setups for efficiencyBuild setup sheets, tooling plans, and maintain tooling databasesTroubleshoot machining processes and improve cycle timesMentor and support a machinist/operator within your cellCollaborate with other machinists and production teams in a cell-based structureMachines, Controls & SoftwareYou'll work with equipment such as:Machines: Mazak 5-Axis Mills, Horizontal Mills, Vertical MillsControls: Mazatrol (helpful, not required)CAM Software: GibbsCAM (preferred), SolidWorks workflowInspection Tools:
