What You’ll Do: As a Corporate Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting the firm’s legal services. Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and managing corporate documentation, including minute books, corporate forms, resolutions, and filings.
- Conducting legal research and ensuring compliance with applicable legislation.
- Assisting attorneys with mergers, acquisitions, or other complex transactions.
- Communicating with clients regarding corporate filings, deadlines, and other legal matters.
- Managing and maintaining organized, efficient records with a high degree of accuracy.

What We’re Looking For:n

- 2+ years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal workplace.




- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with corporate transaction software is considered an asset.
