About The Role

nWe are currently seeking dedicated and personable full time Customer Service Government Representatives to join our team on a contractual basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work remotely from the comfort of your home while providing vital assistance to citizens on behalf of a government entity. As a Customer Service Government Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking information related to administrative processes, document renewals, appointment scheduling, and directing them to appropriate services.n

This position is initially a three-month temporary mandate with the potential for extension, offering a unique chance to grow your career within a supportive and innovative environment.

Qualifications To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

n

- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in French is considered an asset.
- Availability to work during standard business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm (Atlantic time).
- Willingness and ability to work from the Moncton centre if required due to business needs.
- A reliable high-speed internet connection of at least 25 Mbps and a secure, quiet workspace at home.
- Strong multitasking skills and proficiency in navigating multiple computer applications simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,



with a genuine enthusiasm for helping others.

nResponsibilities The core responsibilities of this position include:n

- Providing warm, informed, and solution-oriented assistance to citizens via telephone, ensuring each interaction is positive and helpful.
- Responding to inquiries related to administrative document renewal processes, including guiding clients through necessary steps and documentation requirements.
- Scheduling appointments at designated centres and managing calendar entries efficiently.
- Directing callers to appropriate departments or services when their needs extend beyond the scope of your role.
- Handling all calls with discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism, adhering to privacy policies and data protection standards.
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions and following up as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
