Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
- Listen attentively to customer inquiries and concerns, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Provide accurate and helpful information about our products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Process customer requests and changes accurately.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service.
- Provide customer feedback to management to improve processes and products.
Qualifications:n
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a phone support environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
