We are seeking a dynamic Director, Projects and Parts for our Fuel and Fuel Handling business. This senior leadership role will be based in Peterborough, ON, and will oversee our Project Management Organization (PMO) and Parts teams across four sites, including Oakville, Toronto, and Arnprior. BWXT NEC's Fuel Handling and Engineered Solutions group is involved in the design, manufacture, development, testing, parts supply, and service of on-power refueling, reactor maintenance, and nuclear medicine delivery tooling sold around the world.

We are the original designer of the automated systems that allow 24/7 on power refueling of CANDU reactors and aim to solve some of the Nuclear Industry’s most challenging problems. Today, BWXT’s equipment is being used in most of the nuclear power plants in Canada and is critical to delivering carbon free energy production and lifesaving medical isotopes.

Position Overview:

nAs the Director of Projects and Parts, you will be accountable for the successful delivery of all projects and parts initiatives, including profit/loss management. Leading a team of approximately 45 people, you will drive operational excellence, strategic project execution,



and continuous improvement across the business. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Fuel and Fuel Handling and is a key member of the business leadership team.n

You will collaborate with senior executives, maintain solid customer relationships, and lead a culture of customer-first thinking while expanding and optimizing our Parts business.

Deliver Projects & Parts Performance:

- Ensure on-time delivery of projects and parts, targeting 95% or higher.

- Oversee the PMO portfolio, manage risks, and provide strategic operational leadership.

- Maintain project data integrity, KPIs, and reporting standards for senior stakeholders.
