Location: Lost Island Lodge - remote location near Hudson, ON. Must live on site for the season.

Job type: Full-time, seasonal (mid – May until late-Sept.)

Hours of work: 6 days/week (day off will be determined by daily operations) , must be able to work mornings, evenings, split shifts

Wage: $3800 – $4000 monthly based on experience.

Job description (duties, responsibilities)

n

- Maintaining grounds, ie. raking, garbage collection
- Some heavy lifting required
- Help with various labor-intensive tasks, including moving materials in and out of the camp
- Helping guests daily and on check-in and check-out days
- Cleaning fishing boats, minnow tanks, fish cleaning building
- Working in the bait shop
- Season opening and closing of facilities
- Anything required by management

Skills required:

n

- Boater’s card and boating experience an asset, but will train
- Must be able to work with a team and on your own in a remote wilderness location. This position is on an island.
- Must be able to work in Canada
- Room and board available
- All positions require helping in all aspects of running of the island.
