Role Description

- Client Management and Administration
n
- Supporting plan administrators with changes and updates on Employee Benefits plans
- Learning the renewal process for Groups and working with renewals
- Track client opportunities and manage data base updates
- Correspond with Corporate Head Office(s) and with clients
- First point of contact for clients with updates and changes to personal information.
- Back up to other roles as required
- Taking initiative to recommend improvements to processes

Qualifications
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly developed critical thinking skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Suite of products
- Aptitude for learning independently
- Strong collaborator
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to anticipate client needs
- Ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of work with accuracy
- Experience in the Financial Services Industry would be an asset
