Role Description

n

We are seeking a dedicated Fast Food Service Supervisors (NOC 62020) to lead our teams in Carleton Place, ON and Kemptville, ON. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff, ensuring the productive operation of food preparation and service areas.

Responsibilities include scheduling shifts, training team members, maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with safety standards, addressing customer concerns,



and upholding service quality at all times.

Requirements

n

- Relevant experience in fast food (mandatory), preferably with McDonald's.
- Level 5 in French or higher according to the Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB)- proof required.

Qualifications

n

- Strong Supervisory Skills, including team management, staff scheduling, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Food Preparation and Food Service procedures in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers.
- A solid understanding of Food & Beverage standards, including hygiene and food safety regulations.
- Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a high-pressure environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in hospitality management or food safety are a plus.
