Position Overview:

nWe are seeking a Fire Protection Technician to inspect, service, and maintain fire extinguishers and fire suppression systems. Work will be performed both in the shop in Grand Falls - Windsor and at customer sites, with some travel required.n

Duties:

n

- Inspect, test, and service portable fire extinguishers
- Inspect and service fire suppression systems in Vehicles/Heavy Equipment, Restaurant Kitchens, and Marine Vessels
- Complete work in the shop and on site
- Install and replace fire protection equipment
- Maintain accurate inspection reports and service records
- Follow all applicable fire codes, safety standards, and company procedures and policies

Qualifications:

n

- Experience in fire protection, mechanical service, or a related field is an asset




- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to lift and move equipment
- Must be able to pass drug and alcohol testing and a criminal record check if required
