Responsibilities include managing the budget, maintaining quality standards, and supporting event execution. Your entrepreneurial focus will enhance guest experiences and support overall business success. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all restaurant and concessions staff performance
- Manage budgets and uphold menu and service standards
- Support Banquets & Catering event management
- Ensure compliance with F&B; licenses and sanitation codes
- Drive creative revenue opportunities and solutions Requirements:
- 5+ years in Food and Beverage Management
- Experience at Director/General Manager level needed
- Strong budgeting and forecasting skills preferred
- Effective English communication skills required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn Utilize your leadership capabilities to optimize food service operations and drive exceptional guest experiences.
