Full Job Description:

nFreson Market Ltd/Freson Bros. – Valleyview, Alberta seeks a qualified Food Service Supervisorn

Terms: Permanent, full time employment, Shift Work, Weekend, Day, Night, Evening

n

Wage: $25.00 per hour, 40 hours per week, benefits provided (for full time employees)

n

Start Date: As soon as possible

n

Location: 4714 - 50 Avenue, Valleyview, AB. T0H 3N0

n

Education: Completion of high school

n

Experience: 2 – 3 years in retail food service

n

Work setting: Retail food service

n

Language: English

n

Vacancy: 1

Specific Tasks:

n

- Supervise and coordinate activities of deli, kitchen, bakery, meat department staff
- Establish work schedule
- Estimate and order ingredients, materials and supplies
- Ensure service and quality control
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns




- Train staff on job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- May participate in selection of service staff
- Assist in development of policies, procedures and budgets
