Job Summary

nWe are seeking a reliable and experienced Food Service Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a fast‑paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in restaurant or kitchen operations, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. This role includes supervising staff, coordinating food preparation activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and supporting smooth day‑to‑day operations.n

The Food Service

nSupervisor will contribute to a positive team environment while delivering excellent customer service.n

Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff
- Ensure food preparation and service meet quality and safety standards
- Train, schedule,



and monitor staff performance
- Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations
- Address customer concerns and ensure a positive dining experience
- Oversee portion control, food presentation, and workflow efficiency
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food service area

Qualifications

n

- Secondary school graduation certificate (required)
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service, kitchen operations, or restaurant supervision
- Solid leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
