Job Summary

nWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations of our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant management experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves supervising staff, managing food and beverage operations, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests.n

The General

nManager will play a pivotal role in driving business success, fostering team development, and upholding the highest standards of hospitality.n

Responsibilities

n

- Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating team members to ensure high performance and excellent customer service.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, serving, and food handling procedures to ensure quality standards are met.
- Manage POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across the kitchen and dining areas.
- Develop and implement operational policies to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs effectively.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Supervise staff schedules, assign duties,



and oversee training programs related to food industry best practices.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols in accordance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing efforts to promote the restaurant’s offerings and special events.

Skills

n

- Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership with supervising experience in food service environments.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms; cash handling expertise required.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage guest relations professionally.
- Leadership qualities with experience in team management, interviewing potential staff, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Ability to oversee restaurant operations efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality control.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations including food handling and safety protocols.

nPay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per yearn
