Job Description:Capital Yardworks is looking for a hardworking and reliable General Labourer with equipment operating experience to join our growing team. This role is essential in supporting our crews with a wide range of landscaping and construction tasks while safely operating equipment when required.If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in a job well done, and want to be part of a strong team setting, this position is a great opportunity.Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with general labour tasks including site preparation, material handling, and clean-up
- Operate equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, backhoe and other machinery as needed
- Load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently
- Support crew members with landscaping, construction, and installation tasks
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies on job sites




- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to complete projects on time

Requirements:

- Previous experience in general labour, landscaping, or construction
- Experience operating equipment (e.g., skid steer, excavator)
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of construction or landscaping practices is an asset
