- Prepare and cook high-quality grilled items to specification, particularly premium cuts of steak
- Ensure consistency, portion control, and food safety standards are maintained
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of grill station and kitchen
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Contribute to a positive and respectful kitchen culture

What You Bring:

- Proven experience working as a grill cook or line cook in a high-volume kitchen
- In-depth knowledge of steak temperatures and grilling techniques
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stay focused and organized under pressure
- Food Secure certification or willingness to obtain
