About the Role

n

We're looking for a Head of Growth to own revenue and user growth across our exam prep apps. This is a high-ownership role where you'll set the strategy, run the experiments, and drive outcomes. If you thrive in environments where you have real autonomy and can see the direct impact of your work, this is for you.

We're a lean, fast-moving team that tests quickly, doubles down on what's working, and cuts what isn't. We care deeply about sustainable growth; we won't chase channels that don't pay back, and we won't paper over weak economics.

We are looking for growth generalist, not a marketing person. You've grown B2C digital products through channels that don't require a spend line - SEO, content, referral, ASO, partnerships - and you've moved in-product metrics like trial-to-paid conversion and early churn. You own acquisition metrics like CAC and channel payback, but also product metrics like activation, churn,



conversion and revenue.

What You'll Do

n

- Own the full growth funnel from awareness through activation to retention
- Actively improve activation & conversion rates and reduce churn
- Identify, test, and scale acquisition channels with sustainable unit economics
- Build and maintain a clear experimentation framework — what to scale, what to kill, and why
- Own on the metrics that matter: revenue, CAC, activation, conversion, churn and channel-level performance

What We're Looking For

- A true growth generalist with both product and marketing experience — for example, you've driven purchase conversion and activation improvements in-product, and scaled distribution channels like content marketing or referral programs.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, accountable to top-line metrics, and able to work autonomously in a lean team environment.
- Proven experience driving significant growth in a B2C subscription digital product.
- Strong analytical instincts; you're comfortable in the data and can turn findings into action
- We move quick and expect high output - this is not a 9-to-5 role
