At the Downtown Hotel and Midnight Sun Hotel, housekeeping plays a central role in the guest experience.

As Housekeeping

nSupervisor, you will help lead the team that keeps rooms and shared spaces clean, ready, and well presented, while supporting smooth day-to-day operations through a busy and high-energy season.n

What your success looks like

n

- Guest rooms and public spaces are consistently clean, well maintained, and ready on time to support a strong guest experience.
- The housekeeping team is organized, supported, and explicit on expectations, resulting in consistent standards and smooth daily operations.
- Room inspections, cleanliness standards, and linen and supply levels are managed proactively, reducing issues and rework.
- Guest concerns related to housekeeping are resolved quickly and professionally, protecting the guest experience and hotel reputation.
- Housekeeping operations are well coordinated with front desk and maintenance, helping the hotel run smoothly day to day.

nWhat you bring to the rolen

- Housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment,



with supervisory or team lead experience.
- A hands-on leadership style and the ability to guide, support, and hold a team accountable to standards.
- A guest-focused mindset and commitment to delivering a clean, welcoming, and well cared-for experience.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard for cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
- Good judgment, reliability, and the ability to manage shifting priorities in a busy hospitality environment.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with guests, team members, and other departments.

nJob requirements: May occasionally need to be flexible for evenings, weekends and/or holidays. Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs and perform tasks that require standing, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.n
