Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is handled safely and meets health regulations.
- Assist in meal preparation and presentation, ensuring quality and freshness of ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages.
- Follow all food safety protocols to minimize risks of contamination.

Requirements

- Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in restaurant or kitchen settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling techniques.
- Strong skills in cooking, meal preparation, and food service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
