You will guide menu innovation, integrate data-driven insights for performance optimization, and support sector-specific culinary projects. Additionally, you will train culinary teams, ensuring operational efficiency across all locations. Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain compliance with all culinary policies
- Coordinate development of menus and recipes
- Organize special culinary events and tastings
- Review health and food safety standards
- Train staff on culinary programs and safety Requirements:
- 5+ years in fine cuisine experience
- Culinary diploma or equivalent certification
- Red Seal certification required
- Proven executive chef experience
