- Part-time: 25–30 hours per week, with opportunity for more hours depending on the applicant

Responsibilities

- Conduct apartment showings for prospective tenants
- Advertise and promote available rental units (online listings, social media, etc.)
- Process rental applications and perform extensive screening
- Meet with new tenants and assist with onboarding
- Prepare lease agreements and facilitate lease signings
- Coordinating move-ins and move-outs
- Perform general administrative tasks including data entry and file management

- Experience with social media and promotional/marketing work is essential
