Looking to get your start in the kitchen? At Chili’s, we’re all about energy, teamwork, and great food—and you don’t need prior experience to join us. If you can keep up in a fast-paced environment, are willing to learn, and can handle the physical side of the job, we’ll teach you the rest.

We’re hiring for both breakfast and dinner shifts, so there’s flexibility to fit your schedule.

n

What You’ll Do:

n

- Set up and maintain your station for a smooth, effective shift
- Prepare menu items quickly and consistently to Chili’s standards
- Work in a high-volume kitchen serving lots of guests every day
- Handle fryer stations, including lifting heavy fryer baskets multiple times per shift
- Keep your area stocked, clean, and organized
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work closely with your team to keep service running strong

What We’re Looking For:

- No experience necessary—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Comfortable lifting heavy fryer baskets and being on your feet for long periods
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
