Job Summary

nWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes with precision and attention to quality. This role requires a passion for food, excellent food handling skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced restaurant environment. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.n

Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Ensure all food is cooked safely and meets food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils
- Serve dishes promptly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours




- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management

Experience

n

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper handling procedures
- Experience with meal preparation and food industry standards is highly desirable
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy setting
- Strong understanding of serving, food presentation, and customer service skills
