Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and cooking equipment
- Follow food safety protocols and proper handling procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met
- Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation to ensure consistency
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to maintain smooth kitchen operations
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation practices

- Proven experience in serving, food preparation, and cooking within a restaurant or food service setting
- Solid knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and kitchen operations
- Ability to perform meal preparation efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent understanding of the food industry trends and customer preferences
- Skilled in food safety practices, including proper storage, sanitation, and cross-contamination prevention
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates willing to learn
