About the Role
n
Talent Renew has partnered with a leading international business law and litigation firm to recruit a Litigation Associate Lawyer for their Vancouver office. This role is ideal for a motivated lawyer with 1–5 years of call experience who is looking to build expertise in complex litigation matters. You will work on a diverse range of files, including product liability (including class actions), tort, insurance, construction, and regulatory matters involving sectors such as transportation, consumer products, agriproducts, medical/drugs, and technical safety.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong legal drafting and analytical skills, superior judgment, and the ability to manage complex files independently. You should be service-oriented, responsive, organized, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities
n
- Manage and conduct litigation files across product liability, insurance, construction, and regulatory matters.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
- Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams and support partners on complex files.
- Maintain high standards of client service and file management.

What We’re Looking For
n
- 1–5 years of call in British Columbia.
- Experience in litigation, particularly in product liability, insurance, construction, or regulatory matters.
- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a cooperative team environment.
