We are currently supporting a law firm in Downtown Vancouver who are expanding their team and hiring for a Commercial Litigation Paralegal.

n

What You’ll Do:

n

- Drafting applications and affidavits in support.
- Drafting orders and other pleadings.
- Reviewing and summarizing records, cross-referencing and pinpointing documents.
- Citing, assembling and side-barring authorities.
- Preparing appeal records and appeal books.
- Case management (updating clients, managing deadlines and communicating with experts, witnesses, defence counsel and courts).

What We’re Looking For:

n

- 1+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal setting.
- Construction litigation experience is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
