nWe are seeking a friendly, professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Multilingual and bilingual skills are highly valued to assist a diverse clientele. Previous hotel experience is preferred but not required; a positive attitude and excellent communication skills are essential.

Duties

n

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests efficiently
- Provide outstanding guest services by addressing needs, resolving issues, and offering local information
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software
- Handle guest complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared and maintained to high standards
- Uphold phone etiquette standards,



ensuring clear, courteous communication at all times
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, billing, and reporting as needed

Experience

n

- Previous front desk or customer service experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and guest service software is advantageous
- Strong communication skills, including multilingual or bilingual abilities, are highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality best practices is a plus
- Ability to remain professional, courteous, and attentive under pressure
