We are currently looking for a Night Auditor/Overnight Front Desk Agent eager to join our team of elite hospitality professionals who redefine luxury service and guest experience on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

n

- Reconcile front desk daily postings.
- Balance day’s charges, making corrections as necessary.
- Verify all charges are assigned to the appropriate departments.
- Transfer charges and deposits to master accounts.
- Assist with the balancing of house accounts and credit cards.
- Post charges to the guest accounts that have not been posted or were incurred on the night audit shift.
- Process guest charges voucher.
- Monitor current status of coupon, discount, and other promotional programs.
- Track room revenues, occupancy percentages, and other front office statistics.
- Prepare summary of cash, check, and credit card activities.
- Run end of day process in property management software (PMS).
- Prints and files reservations for the next business day.




- Assist as a front desk agent especially in terms of check-in and check-out procedures, and performs wake-up calls.
- Respond to guest needs, special requests and complaints and alert the appropriate manager as needed.
- Prepare late night room service.

Qualifications

n

- Previous experience in the hospitality industry as a night auditor or front desk agent.
- Understand principles of auditing, balancing, and closing out accounts.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledgeable of the greater Vancouver area and make suggestions about activities for guests.
- Computer literate and knowledge of Microsoft Office and worked with Property Management System.
- Valid BC Drivers License
- Valid Food safe certificate
