Role Description · Lead and supervise daily production activities, ensuring compliance with production schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations. · Train, guide, and motivate assembly team members to achieve performance targets. · Collaborate with quality, engineering, and supply chain departments and specialists to optimize production processes. · Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives. · Monitor production metrics and regularly submit performance reports to management Qualifications · The starting compensation package is competitive aligns with industry standards, with an initial range of $65000 - $75000. Final placement within will be determined based on experience, qualification and alignment. · Bachelor's degree or higher; preference given to majors in Electronics, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
· At least 2–3 years of experience in electronic assembly or production management in manufacturing. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey instructions clearly and provide constructive feedback. · Strong team leadership and collaboration skills, committed to fostering a positive and efficient work environment. · Solid problem-solving abilities, capable of proactively driving process improvements. · Familiarity with electronic assembly processes;

experience in soldering, PCB assembly, or related fields is preferred. · Preferred Skills (Assets): o Experience with through-hole and surface-mount technology (SMT) soldering. o Ability to read and understand circuit diagrams and assembly drawings. o Possession of IPC certifications (e.g., J-STD-001, IPC-A-610) is a plus. · Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. · Results-driven, adaptable, with a team-oriented mindset and a commitment to excellence. · We’re actively looking for PCBA manufacturing operator, process and equipment engineer, inventory specialist and quality professional too.
