Responsibilities

- Wash, chop, and prepare ingredients to keep service running smoothly.
- Assist with marinating and pre-cooking traditional Filipino ingredients.
- Maintain clean and organized food prep station.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist the kitchen team with basic cooking tasks when needed.

Requirements

- Food Safe Level 1 certification (required)
- Previous kitchen experience (required)
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, team-oriented kitchen
